Hi! I’m Kim. For over 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with  organizations of all sizes and industries, helping them streamline and fix their HR processes to ensure a compliant and harmonious workplace environment. 

Unfortunately, too many businesses lack the time, knowledge or resources to manage the ever-changing complexities of HR — resulting in exposure to costly liabilities and a revolving door of unhappy employees.

I launched KCHR Consulting to provide businesses of all sizes with a true HR partner who actually learns your business and provides senior-level HR services at a fraction of the cost and overhead of in-house HR staff.
